Currently we
ship domestically using US Postal Service and UPS. We also ship
internationally via USPS only. Please use the shipping calculator to estimate your shipping and handling
cost. We charge a small handling fee to ensure that your item will be packaged adequately.
NOTE: We do
not deliver or allow local pickup.
Combined Shipping
We are happy to provide combined shipping for multiple items. Our combined shipping rates are based on actual total weight, value, and destination with a small handling fee. Combined shipping is offered at our discretion, as some items cannot be safely combined into one package.
- If the total value of all items purchased exceeds $40.00, or the combined weight exceeds 13 ounces, First Class Mail is not available.
- If the total value of all the items exceeds $69.99, Insurance will be required.
- If the total value of all items exceeds $249.99 and is being shipped domestically, signature tracking will be required.

International Buyers - Please Note
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
- We ship internationally via USPS only. Please check the shipping calculator for estimated shipping costs to your area.
- Phone Number will be required.
- Signature may be required for delivery. It may also be necessary for you to pick up your package at your local Post Office.
- Delivery times are only estimates. There may be additional delays due to local customs requirements, which are beyond our control.
- Estimated delivery times are:
- Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope (limits apply) - 4 to 8 weeks (no insurance or tracking)
- Priority Mail International Package - 2 to 4 weeks (includes insurance and limited tracking)
- Express Mail International - 1 to 2 weeks (includes insurance and tracking)
- If the total value of all items purchased exceeds $40.00, or the items fail to safely fit in a 9 1/2 inch by 6 1/2 inch by 1 3/4 inch box, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope is not available.
- If the total value of all items exceeds $99.99, USPS Express Mail will be required.
Expedited Shipping (Domestic only):
- We only offer expedited shipping using your shipper account. (FedEx or UPS only)
- A handling fee (minimum of $4.00) will apply.

Any package needing to be expedited must have a cleared payment before 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Anything processed after that time will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is not refundable.Please contact us at sales@austincybershop to arrange for expedited shipping.
