7 Day Warranty Against DOA:
- Most of our items have
a 7 day guarantee against DOA. The 7 day warranty begins the date that the item is delivered to you.
- Purchaser is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Compatibility is not covered under the warranty. We can accept a return, however, there will be a 25% restock fee. Shipping & handling are non-refundable.
- If upon receiving a guaranteed item, you find that the item is defective or broken, please contact us at sales@austincybershop.com within 7 days regarding a return or exchange. We will offer an exchange or refund (according to our discretion). Returns must include the order number in order to be processed. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
- Be sure to return the merchandise within 14 days of receiving return authorization, as we like to resolve all warranties in a timely fashion.
- All
good working returned products found to be non-defective upon inspection will be
subject to a 25% restock fee. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
AS IS - FOR PARTS OR REPAIR:
- For all items sold "AS IS", there is NO warranty or guarantee of functionality on the item.
- Returns will not be accepted.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- All sales final.
Please do not contact us about returning the product, as we will not be able to help you.
We do not have a service department to examine product in detail to determine exact product condition. There may be more wrong with the product than we have mentioned above or have found. If you buy an AS IS item for parts, this is not under warranty.
